Clinical: Working with me would involve understanding your history, and also acting as an active agent of change in your life. Change and improvement is only possible if you can take responsibility for the things that could be under your control. Developing a more complete understanding of how your mind works can help you take more active control in your life.

While I have been listed as a participating provider with some insurances, I am no longer taking on new patients who wish to use insurance. If you contact me, please only do so if you would like to engage in the old-fashioned form of psychotherapy, which is a private payment arrangement between the doctor and the patient wherein there is no third-party intrusion. Depending on your plan and state of residence, you may be able to seek out of network reimbursement.
